Every client is unique when it comes to needs and expectations. Therefore we do not believe in fixed service packages. Instead we will prepare a tailor made program for each client, covering all needs according to the services mentioned below.

A successful relocation process starts with getting to know our client. The more we know about our client, his/her needs, expectations, hobbies, life style etc, the better we can fulfil our clients requirements. Therefore it is of great importance that our client dedicates time and effort to give us this input.

First-Contact

Our first contact with the client includes extensive questionnaires and interviews to find out about the client´s needs and expectations.

Orientation-Visit

We guide you through selected living areas, view potential housing objects, visit schools and make the client familiar with the area. When the client has made all decisions, we will make the arrangements.

Settling-In

To help our client get started and feel comfortable, we will help with practical things; banking services for expats, doctors, vets, household services, PC/Tel/TV and much more.

Make your stay work for everybody

We will introduce our client to the Swiss culture and customs via expat networks and language- and/or cultural awareness courses.

If required we can introduce contacts with headhunting and career counselling companies for spouses. We can also help you with other additional services, office space etc.

Help is only an e-mail or a phone call away.

Moving-Out

We will assist our client with all issues and practical things related to leaving Switzerland.
